Caloundra Rd Cycleway to end Sattler Rd, Right Honeyfarm Rd then left Caloundra Rd Service Rd to Mooloolaba/Caloundra Kawana Way Link Rd Meridan Plains. Follow all the way to Kawana Way head South past the University Hospital into the Avenue behind Stocklands Birtinya to Link Track footpath behind Spotlight Birtinya past Soccer Grounds into Premier Circuit over Weir Wall to Parrearra Cannal. Rejoin Kawana Way footpath follow all the way behind Birtinya and Brightwater (Mountain Creek). Follow Sunshine Motorway track to end Sippy Downs Drive through University to end of Scholars Dr for coffee at Dutchy's Bakery. Continue along University Way at end turn left and continue to Tanawha Tourist Dr then left into Frizzo Rd Connection Rd follow to Banana Bender Pub and left under Bruce Hwy Back to start.

Caloundra Rd Cycleway to end Sattler Rd, Right Honeyfarm Rd follow over Calundra Rd into Racecource Rd, Left Pierce Ave to cycleway following Bells Creek Arterial Rd Southbound. Cross over Aura BVD to cycleway and follow all the way to park ave and turn right. Follow till you arrive at Nirimba Primary School and turn right into Nirimba Dr. Take 2nd Right into Central Ave and follow back to Aura BVD and cycleway all to Baringa Dr and turn left, Take next right Edward TCE for coffee at Mr Z @ Aura. Follow cycleway behind Baringa School to end of Koala Ct. Turn left Casuarina Dr and Left Ascot Way and left into Keneland Dr. Turn left into Pierce Ave and right into Racecourse Rd back to Honeyfarm Rd. Left into Sattler Rd. Turn left into Cresswell Rd and follow all way back to Steve Irwin / Caloundra RD interchange then crossover into Frizzo Connection Rd at the Glenview Cemetery and follow all the way back to Pignata Rd Carpark Back to start.

Start at Pignata Rd Carpark, Frizzo Connection Rd, Tanawha Tourist Drive Tanawha, Main Creek Rd to Owen Creek Rd Forest Glen. Pass under Bruce Hwy to Chevallum Rd and follow to Dales Rd. Turn left into Dales Rd and follow till it becomes McGilchrist Rd, Right into Anzac ave then Right Rosebud St to General Store. Follow same route back except for doing Main Creek Rd returning to carpark on Pignata Rd Palmview.

Head north on cycleway to Bells Reach Bvd to Izba Coffee shop. Return other side Aura Bvd, southbound behind Olive/Verde/Mantis into Crater Cres and to end of Ghostgum Close then right into Bluegrass St, Ascot Way / Keneland Rd/ Pierce Ave/Racecourse Rd/Honey Farm Rd/ Sattler Rd and back via Cresswell St this time/ Frizzo Connection Rd returning to carpark on Pignata Rd Palmview.
