All members who have an e-mail address usually receive updates from the club every 1 to 3 weeks. If you are not receiving this e-mail, then you will need to logon to the members area, select Members Profile tab and check the settings for a) to c) below. If any changes are needed, then press Change Details button to make the alterations.

a) The correct e-mail address is registered - See Figure 1.
b) Correspondence Delivery is set to E-Mail - See Figure 2
c) Do NOT receive General E-Mail Correspondence is Unticked - See Figure 3.
d) Check that your E-Mail program, Antivirus or webmail is not directing your club e-mail to the Junk E-Mail folder instead of inbox. See Unjunking Hotmail at the bottom of this page.

If these three fields are not set correctly and you need to change them, press the Change Details button at the bottom of the screen to make the necessary changes.

Figure 3 - Do NOT receive general e-mail correspondence is unticked to receive weekly e-mail.

If you do NOT want to receive the club news by e-mail, simply tick Do NOT receive General E-Mail Correspondence. You can change this setting as often as you like as some members might want to turn off e-mail notifications while away for long periods from the club such as a holiday.

If you are not a member of the club or there is trouble with your e-mail service from your internet service provider (ISP), you can still receive the same updates from the News page from the main website.  If you still don't receive the e-mail after trying everything on this page, then report the fault to the webmaster. As an alternative, consider getting a free e-mail address from a public e-mail hosting service. The most commonly used one is gmail. See figure 1 to enter the new e-mail address.
