Introduction: The Sunshine Coast Bicycle Touring Club holds several cycling events on Saturday (20km, 25km, 30km, 33km, 34Km, 35km and 40km) as well as Sunday and Mountain Bike Rides that leave from various locations. At the start of an event, all members are requested to sign a ride sheet so we can contact someone in the event of an accident. The online ride sheet generates this from the RSVP data so its available on all members mobile devices and can be printed to PDF for filing in the event of an insurance claim in an accident.
1) Logon to the members area, Select Calendar TAB then press the button. See Figure 1 Below.

2) On the cycling events page, select the Ride Sheet Online hyperlink next to relevant ride. In example shown in figure 2, I have selected the Saturday 30km ride sheet online by using this hyperlink.

3) A new window will ask for Calendar event sheet parameters as shown in figure 3. These should not be changed and are provided for debugging purposes by the website administrator. Select Create Ride Sheet button to generate the report. Selecting Exit button will return you to the members area Calendar.

4) To keep a permanent copy in HTML format select Click Here to Download. This can be opened in your web browser for viewing offline later on. If you wish to view immediately on your device in its web browser select Click here to view in your web browser. See figure 4.

5) Select Return button to remove report from temporary areas off our web server and to return to Members Area Calendar after you have opened/downloaded the Ride Sheet.

6) Below in figure 5 is an example of the layout for the ride sheet report. This will print at A4 pages if a hard copy is needed. Alternatively Windows Print to PDF can be selected as printer driver if you wish to save a copy in PDF format.
Note that the attendees are listed on the report in registration time order, the only exception is the leader is always rider no#1 on the report.
