Introduction: The Sunshine Coast Bicycle Touring Club hold a group meet where several ride groups (20km, 25km, 30km, 33km, 34Km, 35km and 40km) leave from the same location but sometimes at different times. This option in the bike calendar allows the ride group coordinator to put all these rides into the calendar in one operation. The calendar will then setup the necessary events into the calendar and list the ride groups accordingly for each event depending on start time.
Intended Audience: The ride group co-ordinator that decides which ride locations to start from for Saturday's group ride.
1) Logon to the members area, Select Calendar TAB then press the button. See Figure 1 Below.

2) On the cycling club events page, select the date for the event using the calendar pop-up or enter it directly in dd-mm-yyyy format (See arrow 1 below in figure 2). Under the Meeting Point Locations box select where the meeting point location where the event will start (See arrow 2 in figure 2 below). If the meeting point does not appear in the list then enter the meeting point address directly into the meeting point address and city/town/suburb.

3) scroll down to the bottom of the page to the start times box (See figure 3 above). Select the start times for each ride group.
4) Now press Add Group Event button. The events will be added to the calendar in date/time order with each ride listed in alphabetical order by time. See figure 4 as this shows what will appear on the calendar main page in the members area that lists the events in date/time order.
