Help 3.3 Managing Advertisements (Administrators) |

Introduction: Administrators have the means to update any members advertisements with photos or extra details, remove any advertisement deemed inappropriate or expired, or add an advertisement on behalf of a member who doesn't know how to use this feature.
1) You will need to logon to the members area. See Help 1.1 Logging onto members area if you don't know how to do this.
2) Click on the Administrators TAB. See Figure 1 below.

3) On the Administration page under "Membership Operations" Click Membership Advertisements Maintenance hyperlink. See Figure 2 below.

3) All advertisements currently on the website will be displayed - See Figure 3. Administrators can update any aspect of the advertisement including photos regardless what member the advertisement belongs to. A decision may be made on which advertisements to delete based on the date first advertised from this screen.
This screen can be used to Add an advertisement for any member who does not know how to or does not have access to the internet.
