We always welcome visitors, other cycling clubs members from interstate/intrastate bike clubs and prospective members to our club. By all means please try two rides before deciding weather to join this club. It costs less than a cup of coffee per month to be a member and under 18's residing with adults at the same address get free membership.

As at 1st January 2023 annual membership is $30 for all adult members. Under 18s free with an accompanying adult member. There is a $15 joining fee per person to cover the cost of a membership badge. All memberships are due for renewal on 1st January annually, so if you are joining throughout the year the membership fee can be reduced (See table below - new membership fee structure).

To join, complete the membership form below and either hand it to one of our committee members at the next event or post it to the address on the form. See renewals section below for payment methods. If you decide to pay membership directly to the club bank account then please indicate this on the membership form.

 Membership to SCBTC also has the following advantages:

• Regular updates on news within the club, and rides happening elsewhere.
• Access to discounts on parts and servicing offered by local bike shops.
• Being part of a social network including get togethers (Christmas party, Camp n Ride, After Ride Social Event)
• Bike repair workshops hosted periodically by members.
• Covered by club insurance policy. Note this does not cover damage to you bike.

Renewals

This is due just before the 1st January annually. For 2023 renewals are $30 per adult, Under 18 still free. Renewals can be paid via one of the following methods:

1) Funds transfer to the SCBTC Club Bank Account (BSB: 124001, Account 10345377, use your name as transaction reference) via internet/phone banking or over the counter at a Bank of Queensland Branch.

2) In person, to the membership secretary on a ride (See contact above), Committee Member or the Webmaster.

3) Mail a cheque/money order (please do not send cash) to:
