Description: 

From Power Memorial Park head down Ocean Dr Twin Waters, David Low Way Pacific Paradise to Bli Bli, Nambour Bli Bli to Wharf Rd, Bli Bli Yandina Rd past parklakes to turnoff right into 2nd Pearce Dr entrance and left into Lake Dunethin rd and follow a few hundred meters to Maroochy River park for a break. Return via 1st Pearce Dr entrance following same route back to start. Coffee back at start opposite Power Memorial Park. Actual distance including climbing is 32.8km.

Description: 

From Power Memorial Park Mudjimba head west along Mudjimba Beach Rd, David Low Way Pacific Paradise past the airport then Taylor Tce and Keith Royal Drive beside the airport returning to David Low Way Marcoola. Continue north and turn left at Suncoast Beach Dr go past the Mt Coolum Golf Club and left into Lumeah Dr, Loop back and return via Suncoast Beach Drive, Left into Jarnahill Dr, Left into Toolga St and follow the entire length of South Coolum Rd. Cross over the roundabout into school rd past the Coolum Primary School, rejoin the road and turn right into Jones Pde and Right into Central Ave Coolum Beach. Cross over Yandina Coolum Rd into Yungar St, Bimini Dr, Warran Rd, Neurum Rd, David Low Way Yaroomba, Warraguh Pde for some Beach views and rest stop at park. Head South David Low Way, Tannah Rd East to Coastal Beach Track, get off at overhead Boardwalk and get some excellent beach views looking over beach and dunes to Mooloolaba. Head back opposite direction to Curleys on the Boardwalk for coffee. Return to coastal Dune track via Marcoola Esplanade dune track returning to David Low Way. At Warana Pde turn left and rejoin beach track on beach side Marcoola Hotels. Rejoin Mudjimba Esplanade back to start.

From power Memorial Park follow Mudjimba Esplanade North till you reach David Low Way turn right and follow to Petrie Ave Marcoola. Near the Marcoola Surf Club head south and follow dune track cycleway back to Keith Royal Dr. Follow all way till it becomes Taylor St and continue along footpath to Sunshine Coast Airport entrance. Head south along David Low Way till you reach the Sunshine Motorway Cycleway. Follow the cycleway southbound until you reach Denna St Maroochydore, turn right Maroochy Waters Dr, Left Tepequar Dr, Left Broadmeadows, Swimbourne Lane cross over Duporth Ave Bridge, left Schirman Dr Right Broadwater Ave, Left Summer Dr back to Denna St. Continue along Bradman ave till you reach the boatramp then enter Cycleway crossing over Eudlo Creek. Continue along cycleway to Muller Park returning to David Low Way. Continue to intersection David Low Way and Mudjimba Beach Rd Pacific Paradise returning back to Power Memorial Park.
